A season for course correction and innovation

This is a good quote to act as reminder for the whole season ahead that resonates with the positive use of the energy of the Sun’s Ingress in Libra-Equinox chart:

‘There are certain words which possess, in themselves, when properly used, a virtue which illumines and lifts up towards the good’-Simone Veil

The Autumn Equinox chart is cast as a forecast tool to offer insights of the energy of the next three months. Since July there has been a shift of energy on our collective path which is highlighting the power of the use of words, how we name things, and the systems of thought or structures organisational or other, that are built around it, as well as issues around identity, status, and authority. The notion of credibility, integrity, accountability and validation is a central theme around how we communicate, how we understand community, the common good, the value of our origin, vs the value of our external authority, accomplishments, mastery, status, and this engages with technology, media and social media. The Lunar Nodes shifted to Aquarius and Leo in late July, under a very powerful full moon which illuminated an awareness of enthusiasm for radical change or empowerment, the power of knowledge, clash of beliefs, exposure of truths, and itensified the potential and need for engaging with lareger collective themes societal and structural pathogenies around boundaries within longer evolutionary cycles. One thing to take away from this is it is going to unfold further and require reviewing and reevaluating as certain beliefs and notion of rooles, around individual and collective engagement are in the process of being released. We may have been noticing a shift in our social patterns, and also an awareness of imbalances in our sense of progress. We may also have felt the need to create and experiment with new things, or think about alternate options, in our path, and connections to groups. The Leo Aquarius axis is primarily about giving and receiving love, while the traditional ruler of Aquarius Saturn is currently in Aries and the modern ruler Uranus in Gemini. So, what is the cosmic climate in the next three months?

What is noteworthy about this chart, is that there is a lack of the element of Earth. This means there is a lack of grounding or practicality, lack of resources or tangible results, or a gives a sense that things ideas and structures are lacking form and order. We will notice this around us. Any stage of creation requires this. It is positive to discuss new ideas and endeavours or engage in a way to review them, or become more liberated from constrains and the need to reach results and final outcomes. These energies may create quite the overcompensation effect, a focus on resources, money, and a need to find and create a sense of grounding and oder around us. Actions can seem more important and social or mental exchange can blend, flow and merge.The emphasis on Air, simply tells that we will deal with information, ideas, data, and exchange, much more, but the area in which to ground them is not there yet, or is something to be sought. We may live a lot more in our heads. The Moon is in its waxing Gibbous phase in Aquarius, approaching a Full Moon in Aries/Libra. The Relationhip axis, and the war and peace axis, all contractual relationships and agreements will be discussed and negotiated, and the autonomy vs sharing aspect of them will be going through a correction and re-evaluation phase that seeks to be structurally redefined. We also see the Moon in the middle degree of Aquarius, which is the most fixed area of the sign, and in midpoint relationship to the 0 cardinal degree -the world axis, so we can expect global political events, global meetings and summits to take place amongst leadership, and to be more publicised and affect our lives. We need to reflect on social integration, we need feed back on what needs reforms and restructuring (Saturn and Uranus Rx), need freinsdhips and alliances, and to check on what may perhaps need to become simplified and clarified in our point of views and sense of community contribution, contracts and collaborations. We may also compensate for any neglect on, resources, our wellbeing and lack of grounding, by eliminating and healing, or paying attention to areas of our lives that we have been pointlessly consumed or dispersed too much of our energy.The exchange of values and commodities, and general way of sharing is based on moral dilemas and mental affinities but also has a sense of innovative spirit that may involve returning to ideas and projects of the past. How far to take things, what needs to be stalled, in favour of other things. The Moon will oppose Jupiter in Leo, which is either about uplifting others in relationship and contractual contexts or showing excess and lack of moderation in expressing viewpoints, feelings, optimism, and expenditures or a kind of boldness in truthtelling that needs to balance with a sense of patience and realism. This opposition can also mean oversharing or demanding too much of others, or advocating for things through personal experience that will assist others. The Moon’s last aspect in Aquarius will be a trine to Mercury in Libra which offers a positive way out of any disagreement or a positive channel for negotiations if there is a mutual understanding and reciprocity. What is also worthy of note is that Venus and Mars, the planets that contribute to productivity, and define the way we realte, are in Scorpio and Cancer (water signs) and intuition could surpass and transcend obstacles and boundaries and contribute to interesting alernate ways to creativity and other endeavours. Intuition or logic? They could both work. Mars is squaring Chiron in the last degree of Aries Rx. Chrion is in harmonious aspects to the Lunar Nodes, which may manifest as urgency to complete a cycle through taking intiative, safety, defending our ground, taking care of what is near and dear, our body, and becoming conscious about what is requiring repair and corrections, what is unprotected and vulnerable, what is alienating, or what can unify under diffcult ciscumstances by building bridges while we touch on difficult subjects. Something may show us an intuitive way out of conflict or contradictions through wisdom gained from past experience. Indecision maybe present, or this pressing feeling that there is something else we need to be doing, some other course of action we need to be taking. If this is the case, then others can be of assistance. The Sun will be engaging with the slow collective planets all retrograde, forming a Kite formation, illuminating things and information form the past season and seeking to illuminate more from the perspective of fairness and objectivity about collective conflicts. So, more will be revealed and our responses will determine how we may create more space mentally and emotionally for innovation and reform in our lives, and the way we view the world. What is inviting into this pattern, may be a contact, a person, a choice, a decision, or a project, which will restore or revive a dream, and ideal, and redefine or illuminate our sense of purpose.

It may be significant to share enthusiasm and gain knowledge about any new pursuits and endeavours, and to approach values, resources, sharing and relationships, from a more innovative and unconventional perspective. Air and Water tend to dissolve boundaries and merge ideas, people, feelings and environments together, with positive and negative scenarios. What is the feeling that is created through conversations, ideas, news, words, negotiations, communities, groups, really matters and can either uplift or make things flop quite quickly. Not everything is as important as we make it in our heads and hearts, but the state of the world or events in our world and around us, may urge us towards a different kind of action, engagement or initiative and a course correction this season.
