This is a hard decision making day! Sun is separating from a square with Mars in Capricorn and perfects its square with Saturn today. This highlights leadership abilities, and the need to be on top of matters. The focus may be on career and goals or just purely making some hard choices in order to establish a stronger identity  in structures in our lives. This is crisis in action as it is an opening square. Action is the key. Both planets are strong and demand intitiative! What’s right for you, may not be right for someone else. But that’s ok, cause this is about who you are, and you’ve got to show it to the world! So acting guilt free and setting boundaries no matter how hard that may be, will set a better footing in motion on whatever you are driven to accomplish.

On a mundane level, we may see an exertion of power and leadership in an effort to overcome power struggles. It is an “I will show you who I am or what I am made of” kind of energy. Leadership initiatives and good managerial skills, may resolve or establish some better continuity for the future. There is a need to overcome the past, and change the rules.

Sun – Saturn synodic cycle started on Dec, 22, @ 00 Capricorn

What we act on now, dates back then. A new intention was set on the crystalization of a creation. In the specific case of 00 Capricorn, where Saturn is at home, emphasis lies on the recognition, attainment and the concept of social acceptance. Saturn’s Ingress into Capricorn coincided with the winter solstice. A significant cosmic synchronicity, is described by this specific current synodic cycle, that has to do with a maturation and actualisation process of self. The opening square that is highlighted today calls for action within the context of this theme, and the action requests we honour the creative force of life with maturity and realism. It asks us how we give form to something, by not concentrating on negative or limiting factors but rather use them effectively.  Where it is we need to move away from, how we focus on changing the rules. This may involve some power struggles. How easy or difficult it is to  share this with others becomes the theme of the upcoming Full Moon in Libra on March 31st!
