The nature of any challenge or goal, inevitably changes, thus rules and structures should change accordingly, to accommodate the change, with ways that allow innovation, invention, creativity. When we become complacent or arrogant with having found a one and only solution, a recipe that works, that is the blind spot that leads to lack of foresight and eventual downfall. What was successful in the past, may not work the same way anymore, thus “nothing fails like success” – This is the reason many marriages fall apart, companies fall apart, collaborations fall apart, governments fall apart, whole nations or collective endeavours fall apart. We will see a lot of this in the next 6 months and couple of years, as manifest evidence that the stubborn adherence to old ways and rules is not relevant anymore. There is another option though, as the planetary symbols indicate: It is time to acknowledge the need for release of the old ways, changing rituals and patterns of thinking, and become more creative in facing challenges, developing ways to evolve and built creative connections with the world and others.

Συντονίσου με τον εσώτερο εαυτό σου όπου μπορείς να σκεφτείς με διαύγεια, αναζήτησε την εσωτερική σου γνώση, διαισθητικά, σε επαφή με τα όνειρα και τα ιδανικά σου, χωρίς καμία εξωγενή εισροή πληροφορίας ή επιρροή. Στοχάσου πάνω σε αυτό και πόσο εύκολο ή δύσκολο είναι να δημιουργήσεις χώρο για να συμβεί αυτό, με όλο τον ‘θόρυβο’ της πληροφορίας που σε περιβάλλει; Τι έχει αλλάξει σε σχέση με αυτό το κομμάτι, πόσο συνδεδεμένος ή αποστασιοποιημένος είσαι από αυτό; Πόσο σε επηρεάζει η εισροή πληροφορίας απ’ έξω και σε καθημερινή βάση στον τρόπο που εξάγεις συμπεράσματα; Πόσο πιστεύεις αυτά τα οποία σκέπτεσαι; Πως διαμορφώνεις τον τρόπο που σκέφτεσαι και συνδέεσαι με τον κόσμο; Πως με τον εαυτό σου; Μια στροφή προσανατολισμού διενεργείται πιο απελευθερωμένα στον τρόπο που επικοινωνείς και που σκέφτεσαι, που κυοφορεί σημαντικές ιδέες και ερεθίσματα για μελλοντική εξέλιξη, ενώ ένα κεφάλαιο ζωής έχει εκπληρώσει τον σκοπό του, η γή εξακολουθεί να περιστρέφεται, και η τάξη των πραγμάτων ανατρέπεται. The chaos and sensibility in our li(v)es… The truths we think we possess should not become limiting in seeking more answers.
The general picture: Seeking answers may be more confusing than we think, our beliefs and trust are tested at this time, patience maybe lacking, we may feel mentally exhausted, confusing information may disorient, we may make small things seem more important than they are, while everything may reach a pressing urgency to reach some kind of conclusion. The energy is shifting…
During a Total Solar Eclipse the Solar light is blocked by the Moon. During a New Moon, the Moon is invisible while on a Solar Eclipse we see the Moon’s shadow (invisible side) on the Sun’s disc. The normal flow of light and life is interrupted, and new information is revealed. This is energy which is pushing us into a new direction rapidly, and in the sign of Sagittarius it points to a shift in our perspective, we may find ourselves in need for guidance and direction, that pertains to truths, vision, trust, sense of optimism and our beliefs of the past. Something will change, affecting all the above and we are called to turn to our inner vision, our ethics and moral codes too, as we gradually shift direction. How much we trust ourselves, and our own judgement, and how these are affected from external influences is something we should be mindful of.

The Yod is an aspect pattern that has been widely discussed as a challenging pattern, emotionally and psychologically, presenting problems that are difficult to solve. The two quincunxes involved in a Yod pattern, depending on the planets involved, are either waxing or waning, and are very different in nature: Virgo or Scorpio archetypes.
As an astrologer being interested in giving practical advice to my clients, I will examine how Yod Bearers are in constant need of something that probes the mind, or in search of an application of a skill. They may possess a special skill in solving problems, or have a capacity to “see” things that others don’t. Once they become conscious of that and apply it in a particular realm of life, it may serve as a very rewarding release of the inherent tension of the pattern. Mercury, Mars (and Pluto) would be planets to examine as hidden players, even if they do not feature in the pattern.
